This return policy applies to all purchases made through the marketplace Buy Sátão. We work daily to ensure the highest quality and satisfaction of our customers.

1. Fresh Food Products

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns after delivery or pickup, except in the cases provided below.

1.1 Defective or Non-Conforming Product

A product is considered non-conforming when it presents:

• change in flavor, texture, or appearance;

• ingredients different from those indicated;

• evident quality failure.

The customer must contact us within a maximum of 24 hours after purchase, presenting:

• the product (or what remains of it);

• the proof of purchase.

After analysis, the following may be offered:

• replacement of the product,

• store voucher,

• or full refund, depending on the case.

2. Customized Orders

2.1 Cancellations

• Cancellations are only accepted up to 48 hours before the delivery date.

• After this period, a fee may be charged or a refund may not be possible, depending on the state of preparation of the order.

2.2 Errors in the Order

If the order is delivered:

• with incorrect writing,

• or ingredients different from those ordered,

the customer is entitled to replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

3. Packaged / Non-Perishable Products

Industrial packaged products can be returned within 7 days, provided that:

• they are unopened,

• with intact packaging,

• and accompanied by proof of purchase.

4. General Conditions

• This policy applies to all purchases made through the Marketplace Buy Sátão.

• The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the marketplace requires another procedure.

• The final decision may depend on the assessment of the team responsible for quality.

• The bakery reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
